HART Foundation
         (Hobbs Animal Rescue Team)
HART Foundation is a permanent 501-C3 / State licensed (not state funded) organization that is dedicated to helping pets find new loving homes.  It was started in June of 2002 by Amy Hobbs, who, disagreeing with the practices of a rescue she was with, decided to start her own. Since HART was started many animals have found their forever homes, thanks to the help of volunteers, and wonderful people who have donated to help care for these wonderful critters in need.
